THE BUSINESS
Founded in 1999, Industrie is an Australian men’s clothing institution. Their focus is on producing modern, practical, affordable and instinctively masculine clothing for every man. Industrie now has over 112+ retail stores across Australia & NZ as well as concession locations in Myer.
The Objectives
In the absence of a Head of Digital, Industrie required a range of operational, e-commerce, marketing, and strategy expertise to carry them over a 3-month period whilst they recruited in-house expertise;
Actively leading all BAU, daily operational and short-term tactical aspects of the e-commerce channel
Ensure that channel performance levels and sales budgets are met through peak trade
Accountable to the Industrie senior executive for all aspects of the channel in the absence of a Head of Digital

The Outcome
Working alongside the Industrie executive, the it works team were able to maintain continuity in channel operations, ensure the online channel continued to trade incident free over the course of 3 months, and managed the successful implementation of key e-commerce initiatives that were already under way.
Our remit included:
Identifying current channel objectives, resources and assess performance against objectives during peak trade
Reviewing digital marketing plans, current activities, and performance, and identify areas for immediate improvement
Accountable for agencies and their performance/deliverables
Reviewing daily operations required to run the e-commerce channel, including management reporting, identifying current issues and risks within the channel
Reviewing channel measurement and reporting structure with key stakeholders
