The Objectives

Faced with ongoing problems rising from an old and outdated e-commerce platform, Pillow Talk came to it works for help in selecting a new system and delivery partner. The business had reached a critical junction with their current systems where it was necessary to balance the expensive ongoing costs which were impacting on growth, against the implementation and change associated with a new e-commerce platform and partner selection.
